Official Rules

VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. Submissions and voting will be open April 13, 2010 - June 9, 2010 ("Contest Period").

Contest Description: Design your Black Magic® version of a 2011 Ford GT500 Convertible. By utilizing the downloadable tool kit on www.yourdesignourshine.com, you can draw your version of a GT500 that is head turning, eye catching, appealing and makes the judges (the general public!) go "Wow"!

Who may enter: Contest open only to legal U.S. residents of 50 United States or the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older as of April 13, 2010. Employees, officers, and directors of SOPUS Products ("Sponsor") and its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers and advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with this Contest, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings and children) or households are not eligible to participate. Subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

How to enter: 1) Submit original artwork online during the Contest Period to www.yourdesignourshine.com and follow instructions on how to enter. On the site, entrants will find

Multiple versions of the Bullrun logo
Multiple versions of the Black Magic logo
Multiple "stickers" of the Black Magic url, Promotion url and Promotion logo
Various additional "Black Magic" related graphics and Multiple views of the 2011 GT500 Convertible in red and white to use as a starting point which they may utilize to create their design.

All submissions will be subject to the discretionary approval of the judges before they are posted to the gallery. Defamatory and/or offensive designs will not posted and will be deemed ineligible to win.

Participants can authenticate using their email address. Members of the public should rate based on the following criteria:

Consumer Appeal - 20%

Entries must be submitted by 11:59 PM Central Time on June 9, 2010. The general public may vote for multiple entries, but only one vote per entry, per day with a maximum total of 10 votes per day. Once vote has been placed, participants will be able to share their vote on Facebook and Twitter. Sponsor's computer will be the official timekeeper of this Contest. Online entries will be deemed to be made by the authorized account holder of the valid e-mail address. Multiple entries are permitted (different designs from the same artist). The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Entrants must be able to attend the Black Magic Live Rally Kick-Off event July 9-10, 2010 in New York, New York.

Winning: On or about June 11, 2010, one (1) Grand Prize winner with the winning design will be chosen from the four semi-finalists by Bill Goldberg, who will use the same criteria as outlined above to make his final decision. Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential Grand Prize winner by registered mail and/or phone and/or email on or about June 11, 2010. All Decisions are final. The winning design will be announced June 18, 2010, and may be applied to the official Black Magic rally car. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Limit one prize per person or household. SOPUS Products reserves the right to reject the winning design and use a design of their choosing for the official Black Magic rally car.

Prizes: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive:

A Black Magic detailing package including Tire Wet, Foaming All Wheel Cleaner, Natural Finish Protectant, Bullet and two in one Leather Care

Four (4) Semi-Finalists. The top four vote-getting designs as of June 9, 2010 will be named as semi-finalists. Each semi-finalist will have his/her design displayed prominently on the website www.blackmagicshine.com. They will also receive a framed, professional artistic rendering of said design by one of four artists that have agreed to provide their services for these purposes.

Approximate retail value (ARV) of Grand Prize is $2,000. ARV of Semi-Finalist prize is $1,000 each. ARV of all prizes is $6,000.

Claiming prize: Potential Grand Prize winner will be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability, and publicity release within 7 days of notification. (Tennessee residents need not execute publicity release.) In the event of noncompliance with these Official Rules, or if the entrant cannot be contacted at the address given, or if notification is undeliverable, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. Prize will be awarded provided a sufficient number of eligible entries are received. By submitting artwork, participants agree to allow SOPUS Products to use their image and biographical information for related promotional purposes. Acceptance of prize also constitutes permission to use winner's name, voice and/or likeness for Sponsor's promotional and/or advertising purposes without notice or compensation. (Tennessee residents need not so consent.) Black Magic Care shall have the rights to use and/or modify all artwork submitted through the Your Design, Our Shine Promotion. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules of this Contest and the decisions of the judges. Potential Grand Prize winner and their guest must be able to attend the Black Magic Live Rally Kick Off event in New York, New York on July 9-10, 2010. Black Magic will provide roundtrip coach class airfare from major airport nearest winner's home to New York, NY, and 2 night's hotel accommodation in a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy).

Airport, airline, and flight itinerary determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If in the judgment of Sponsor air travel is not required due to winner's proximity to event location, ground transportation will be substituted for round trip airfare at Sponsor's sole discretion. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the Official Rules of this Contest, including but not limited to, ground transportation, meals, incidentals, airport fees, parking fees, personal charges at the hotel, etc., are the sole responsibility of the winner. Travel companion must travel on same itinerary as winner. Travel companion will be required to execute a liability/publicity release prior to ticketing airline flight (Tennessee residents need not execute publicity release). Winner is responsible for all local, state and federal taxes and fees, if any. Prizes are non-transferable, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. No substitutions or cash redemptions, except at Sponsor's sole discretion.

Conditions: Use of any robotic, automatic, mechanical, programmed or similar entry duplication method is prohibited and will result in disqualification. All submitted designs must be the original artwork of the entrant. Sponsor is not responsible for (1) lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries. Sponsor is not responsible for any technical problems, malfunctions of any telephone lines, computer systems, servers, providers hardware/software, lost or unavailable network connections or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions or any combination thereof; (2) any damage to any participant's computer system/software related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials connected with this Contest; (3) any incorrect or inaccurate information whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Contest or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, from entrants' participation in the Contest or receipt or use or misuse of prize. Entries void if incomplete, defective, altered, forged or obtained outside authorized channels. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Contest, or whom Sponsor reasonably believes to be causing fraud or disruption will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Contest, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failure or any other factor beyond Sponsor's control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. By participating in this Contest, entrants hereby agree to release and hold Sponsor and its officers, directors, subsidiaries and affiliates and any other entity involved in this Contest harmless from and against all losses, damages, liabilities, claims, actions, proceedings or judgments, including but not limited to, personal injury, death or damage to or loss of property, arising out of or relating to entrant's entry or participating in this Contest or use or misuse of any prizes awarded hereunder. The Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules, which could cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Texas.
